The location is good, but you have to walk from bts. The children's room is good 👍🏻 the rooms are spacious, clean, but one dental kit was missing.

Had a 3N stay in Nov. Appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite. Living room and bedroom were huge, with free minibar drinks as well.
For the location, the route leading to the main road was narrow, so abit dangerous when walking as there was traffic from both sides.
For the breakfast, quite a disappointment. Best to give it a miss and have a longer sleep.
