During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance and was not used.
One of the front desk staff can speak Chinese, and the others can also communicate in English.
Because I had something to do, I returned to China one day early, and the hotel did not give me a check-out fee. I asked Ctrip to negotiate with the hotel, but to no avail.
The location is relatively close to Nana and the Erawan Shrine, almost more than one kilometer each, and there is a light rail nearby.

Overall, first time to stay at this hotel, the location is not far away from BTS, walk about 8 minutes. I booked with the meal package. The breakfast and dinner meal offered and Western food choices. Room is big enough as well provided everything you need in the room.

I stayed on the 22nd floor and the view was great. I had a light sleep and slept very well. It was also very quiet.
Disadvantages: The swimming pool is very small. Breakfast is unremarkable but rich in variety. Dinner is average and has no highlights.

The service attitude at the front desk is okay and quite satisfactory. I asked to change rooms twice and they were very cooperative.
