3박4일동안 샹그릴라 크룽텝윙 커넥팅룸 지낸후기: 오래된 호텔이니 실내 인테리어 기대는 안했지만 서비스도 안좋음. 커넥팅룸 중간 문을 열어 달라고 두 번이나 요청했는데 20분 넘게 기다려서야 열어줬음. 특정 국가의 시끄러운 단체 관광객들이 많아 나에게 특별한 서비스를 해줄거라 바라면 안됨. 침대근처에 충전 가능한 콘센트도 없어 랩탑 태블릿 스마트폰 사용하기 불편함. 카페트 때문인지 바닥 청결도 확인이 어려운건 다 아는 사실이지만 첨부한 사진처럼 이틀이 지나도 화장실 온오프 스위치에 핏자국이 안지워져서 직접 물티슈로 지웠음. 즉 청소는 대충 한다는 거겠죠. 다음엔 절대 안묵을듯 합니다.

The location of the hotel is great! You must stay in the Shangri-La Wing! The view of the Chao Phraya River is amazing! I have stayed at the Sheraton several times. Icon is opposite the Sheraton, but Shangri-La is not far away, and there is a ferry there.

位置，早餐，房間都不錯。
缺點，早餐人太多， 即便我們10點去吃，也要叫人收拾桌子，點咖啡要等至少10-15分鐘到，4天每天如此。 2個室外泳池都不錯，還有個2.5米深。另外一點，回意大利後發現錢包裏的200-300歐紙幣沒有了（至少200歐，可能是300多，記不清了），歐元硬幣和所有的卡都在。 錢包一直放在背包裏內袋裡，一直沒動過。回國後整理才發現的， 所以也沒有辦法和酒店提出異議。太失望了， 我們周遊世界n年，從來沒有發生過在酒店被偷的！ 而且是5星！ 花錢買教訓！東南亞國家的酒店還是要把東西鎖在箱子裏或保險櫃吧。
