The hotel location is great, close to BTS station and major shopping centers.
The room is spacious and the amenities are good for the amount of money being asked.
I am happy to recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something spacious while still keeping a budget.

We are a family of 5. We asked the receptionist to help us book a grab car for us as we do not have the app to book the bolt service in bkk. The receptionist book a normal taxi instead of a 6-seater car. We ask them to help book again but they want us to book ourselves and not helping us. Very disappointed with the service. And we requested to change the flask they came up with tissues and toilet rolls.

The room is very large, feels comfortable, but the sofa and chairs are dirtier 😢 dirty sitting like a lot of bedbugs bite 😰 walls have some stains, the location is not lost, will not be very close to bts, we use every time we go out grab so the impact is not big, the most satisfying is that its swimming pool is very few people, the staff is very line, breakfast is very cheap but nothing special purely convenient downstairs to fill the stomach to walk

Stayed in a balcony room on the 24th floor. The view is great and spacious. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the station. It is closer to a residence than a hotel, but for this price, I would visit again.
I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know.
The swimming pool is moderately wide and high, the view is great, and there are no people.
The air conditioner was broken, so water was dripping, so I called someone and they came right away and fixed it for a long time. There was no service or comment from the hotel about this.
Highly recommended for those who need a spacious room and a view.
