It was directly connected to the MRT and BTS stations, so it was very convenient for transportation. The hotel was clean and I had no complaints. The breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The staff were also kind.
The only disappointing thing was that they forgot the reservation I made through the concierge. I asked for a taxi charter the day before, but my name was not on the reservation book on the day (I am a returnee and have no problem communicating in English). They did not apologize for the mistake, but hurriedly called a taxi and made up for it. In the end, we left about 40 minutes late from the promised departure time. And the taxi I called in the nick of time was very old, and even though the windows were closed, there were many flies and mosquitoes flying around inside the car, which was terrible (probably because there was a hole in the car). The driver was also elderly, so I felt a little uneasy about his driving.
Considering the hotel's rank and accommodation fee, this response was very disappointing. Normally, I would have complained directly, but since I had already checked out and my next itinerary was running late, I had to put up with it.

My 2nd stay this year and it was perfect. I never pick the same hotel but made an exception due to amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, close to BTS and metro. Easy to get around Bangkok . Good facilities, microwave and washing machine in room. Thank you to all staff for a wonderful visit
