The room is clean but the smell is not good at all I think that after the room was cleaned, they were given rooms. I called the receptionist to check and try to smell my room this is so crazy and rude they said that come to lobby and bring the room spray to your self and I come down 5 th floor to lobby again , Omg that crazy , the room are really beautiful and nice but the smell is too bad that why I call the reception and Their solution results is come to lobby ,this is a place we should never come back . Although I have traveled all over Thailand, this is the first time I have been treated like this …. Good room and bad service

The hotel is nice and aesthetically pleasing.. but it is quite far from Pratunam.. if the road is sweaty.. the problem near this hotel is up to the 5th floor but when it is 10pm the elevator closes.. it is difficult to go up and down the stairs, when you want to check in, he opens the elevator It's about us carrying suitcases, isn't it.. in the morning there's bread for breakfast, it's good enough

RECOMENDED BUT….
This is one of the best hotel i’ve ever know in pratunam area. Everythings is good and great! But the only thing is this hotel bit far from central pratunam market but located still in pratunam area. Thats it! Great!!!
