Choosing Spenza Hotel for the second time, it’s as good as ever! Excellent location! The customer service is also very good! Because **** went to the counter to inquire about nearby hospitals on the second day after arriving, and the counter staff was also very patient in giving us advice ☺️ Although the breakfast was good, the selection was a bit limited. But overall I'm satisfied

It’s my regular hotel in Bangkok if I would like to shop around Pratunam Market & Platinum Mall. Hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. Room is clean and spacious

Hotel is Very strict when it comes to cleanliness of there linens which is good. However. If you accidentally stained the linens, they will not refund your security deposit of 1000 baht. :(
Breakfast is a bit annoying since everyday they serve same menu & halal. We dont eat halal that’s why for 3 days of our stay in Spenza, we only ate omelet & bread 😅.. the noise of the Tuktok is also annoying since you will really hear the noise from the street.
Also, there were ants & small cockcroach near the telephone too. 🙃
