This time, we booked a total of 5 rooms for business. After our stay, 2 of them could not be canceled the day before and could not be extended or refunded. I am not very satisfied and will consider booking with another hotel in the future!

First time staying at this hotel and the experience was impressive. Decor and styling is grand and kept very clean, aircon was nice and cold providing comfort from the hot humid weather. Breakfast setting was great with a good selection of east and west choices. Only thing to improve was the water pressure for shower, it was weak.

The hotel is neat and clean! There is a huge one! The lighting is very high! Ordinary rooms are also very large! The only drawback is that the location is not close to the BTS store! There is a tuk tuk bus to the station! But it’s gone at 10pm! Everything else is great!
