This is not the first time I stayed here and the past times were good experiences. Unfortunately this time the service fell short of my expectations. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and had bad attitude. I have called to request for late check out in the morning and staff told us 1 pm is ok. However, the card was not working when we went back to the hotel after lunch about 12 plus to pack the luggage. We came down to the front desk and staff name Beam, questioned us if we have updated the card. No one informed us about this and her attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. The lack of poor communication made my last day of stay frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and efficiency. I hope the management takes steps to address her attitude.
