Although I asked not to stay in the front or back room when I checked in, I was still assigned to the front room because I had to stay for several consecutive nights. The head of the bed in this room is not far from the door, just at the staircase. I can hear people talking outside and going up and down the stairs clearly. It may be a bit inconvenient if I need to work remotely because there is no desk inside. There is a 7-11 about ten minutes to the left of the community gate. There is a subway station about twenty minutes to the right. It is a relatively quiet area. The price is not bad, so it can be recommended.

No coffee, no cups, pretty bad. The room is not big, it is a group rental, and all of them are long-term rentals.

This is not really a hotel, more of a condominium. Not a bad location, 8-10 minutes walk from the metro station. There are several 7 Elevens nearby. We checked in even earlier, we didn't have to wait 2 hours. The room is modest, but has everything you need, a clean bed. TV with Russian channels. On the plus side there is a microwave, I just warmed up breakfast in the morning and it’s great. There was also a kettle, but there was no coffee. There is soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. 2 bottles of water. Fridge. The air conditioning worked well and was not noisy. It was quiet to sleep. Sometimes small ants ran between the balcony and the bathroom, but it didn’t bother me much.
