The hotel is all brand new and shiny. Everything thing around looked amazing. The bed slept very well, actually too well. I never wanted to get out of bed. The view from room balcony and pool on 37th floor was amazing. The only downside the area of hotel has lots of traffic, and police and ambulance sirens can be heard throughout day, but I really slept through it though. It was kinda a long wait from ride share and taxis. The good part is they offer a free shuttle to Central Rama 9 which has BTS station.

New hotel, clean room facilities, spacious washrooms, no odors, although with
M T R has some distance, but the main call grab, for me the problem is not big, covered floor, downstairs is the living room, upstairs is the room, characteristic, four hundred a night great value, 37th floor infinity pool, beautiful view, Breakfast is ok, you can stay again.

Hotel is new built. Staff and service yet to be improved however the staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking a bit confusing but new technology. A lot of insects and ants in the hotel if you have leftover foods. And I mean a lot 😂

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. First of all, the entrance doesn’t even look like a proper hotel—it feels more like a construction site. The building is clearly unfinished, and yet they are already accepting guests. If it’s not ready, they should not be operating.
The parking area is extremely far, and it’s obvious that it was just built recently. The elevator reeks of a strong chemical smell, probably lacquer, which was so unbearable that it gave me a headache.
To make matters worse, during my stay, there was a large group of Chinese tourists. The security staff ignored me entirely and focused only on assisting the tour group. I waited over 20 minutes for help, and no one came to assist me.
I am beyond frustrated and do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is difficult to find... There is no BTS station nearby.
After checking in on the first day, I had to go shopping at 7-11. There is a short walk from the hotel to 7-11. It is a remote road. It is not recommended to walk to 7-11 alone at night.
But the location of the hotel is actually very convenient. Even if there is no public transportation, you can take a taxi to Thonglor, Chad Night Market, Erawan Shrine, and even a shopping mall nearby. You can get there quickly by taking a taxi and the fare is not expensive.
The hotel facilities have not been completely sorted out, and there is still construction outside, but it does not affect my personal bad impression of the hotel. The room is very comfortable and clean, more like a hotel at home, with a microwave, battery stove, and tableware. It was a building-in-a-floor room. I felt very good as soon as I entered the room... The reception staff at midnight were very cute and kind.
I like this hotel very much and I will still choose to stay here next time. It may not be suitable for tourists who want to go sightseeing. Personally, I think it is more suitable for independent travelers like me... The room feels like home, warm and comfortable, and has a different style from a high-end hotel.
