Each floor is equipped with a mixed toilet.
The air conditioner in the mixed room is not turned on 24 hours a day.
In order to reduce the damage of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is turned on from 11:00-18:00 and 21:00-8:00.
This hostel is 1.5 km from the Bangkok National Museum, 1.9 km from the Grand Palace of the Reclining Buddha, and 3.1 km from the Jim Thompson House.

A small, cozy hostel with a shared toilet. The room had a bed, a small sofa, a refrigerator, a kettle and a hairdryer. It's okay for a couple of nights. But no more.

The staff are very enthusiastic. They turn off the air conditioner every morning and clean the room. The air conditioner is sufficient at night, but the bathroom is a bit small and sometimes there is no hot water. I stayed there for many days.

We booked the private room for 2 nights.
This is with shared bathroom. It was fine, the shower is a bit dirty. The location is within walking distance of khoa san road.

Clean cheap hostel with a good location, delicious food downstairs, friendly cheerful staff. In a quiet accessible place. If I'm in Bangkok I'll definitely stay here again.

The mattress on the bed was a little bit hard and the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, so the room was a bit stuffy and smelly (from having so many people in it)
The showers were dirty and moldy and probably in desperate need of renovation. There was no door on the shower cubicle, just a curtain which was not completely opaque.
The location is okay and the staff are friendly, but they asked for a 300THB deposit (not the 200 stated) for a keycard I never used. This caused some annoyance at check out, when the staff member kept taking care of every new guest hat came instead of finding and giving back my deposit. Moreover, I was talking to another guest, who was not made to pay the deposit, which seems a bit unfair.
I guess it's okay for a one night stay, but it could be great if they fixed up the bathrooms and air conditioning.
