Maison Hotel Bangkok

Location is very near to the bars of nana on one side. The other side facing doubletree Hilton hotel is very peaceful. Not too far from nana bts and the hotel provides complimentary hourly tuktuk trips to the nana bts station. Breakfast is more international than local, limited choices, didn’t see Thai curry or Tomyum on my stays although there was a Thai noodle station which tasted 6/10.

I booked the room via Trip.com and communicated with the hotel by message but I did not receive the requested accommodation, though it was fine. The room was a bit noisy due to the bar on Sukhumvit Soi 4. I had requested a high floor, but I was placed on a lower floor. The service was good and the hotel smelled nice. I liked that the M floor had a kids' room, gym, and gallery that were Instagrammable, but the front desk staff seemed more interested in foreign guests than Thai guests, which made me feel a bit sad. The room layout made it feel small. The breakfast area was nice, the staff in the breakfast room served with a smile, and the food was fresh and delicious.

When we first walk into the hotel, the whole atmosphere was calm and the whole hotel smells like flowers which was amazing. The staff are very welcoming and help us a lot through our our stay from checking in, taking our luggage to our room until we checked out. The rooms are nice and clean with all amenities you need to have a good rest. Their room service is SUPERB with 24 hours service! and the food is absolutely delicious. I would also recommend booking the spa/massage as well from the hotel. The whole vibe kinda isolate you from the busy streets of Bangkok. The hotel itself is also very close to the bts, very easy to go around from place to place. I will surely be staying here for my next visit at Bangkok.

I would like to give a very special thank you to the entire team at Maison Hotel Bangkok, especially Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham. On the early morning of 8 September 2026, I accidentally left my phone in a Grab car while returning to the hotel from a restaurant. The situation was especially difficult because the lost phone was the same phone I needed to contact Grab, so I had absolutely no way to reach the driver myself. When I returned to the hotel, it was already very late at night. Mr. Faro, the concierge, went far beyond what I expected. He spent hours helping me write emails, make phone calls, and try different ways to contact Grab’s headquarters. Even after 3 a.m., when there was still no progress, he told me that he would continue to monitor the case and brief his colleague taking over the morning shift so that they could continue following up. After getting almost no sleep, I went down to the lobby around 7 a.m. to check for any updates. There was still no news, but Mr. Beckham, the concierge taking over the shift, already knew the entire situation because Mr. Faro had briefed him. He immediately continued helping me and also took the time to record my lost-phone details again to make sure nothing was missed. Then, around 11 a.m., Grab finally contacted the hotel. The driver agreed to return my phone, and I was able to get it back that afternoon. Losing the phone itself was already stressful, but what worried me most was the important personal information stored inside it. The support from Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham made a huge difference during a very stressful situation. They did not simply tell me to contact Grab myself — they genuinely took ownership of the problem and kept following up even though it was not their responsibility. I am truly grateful to both of them and to the entire Maison Hotel team for their kindness, patience and professionalism. This experience really showed me what excellent hospitality means. I will definitely choose Maison Hotel again the next time I visit Bangkok. Thank you so much, Mr. Faro and Mr. Beckham! You both made a very stressful situation much easier for me . 🙏
