The facilities are old, but the room is big for the price and the location is good.

The hotel is a renovated old building and the facilities are very old. The check-in service front desk of the hotel has to go to other hotel buildings on the street behind. But the room is really big. There are refrigerators, bathtubs and other equipment. The bed is also huge. The room is cleaned every day but don't expect the cleaning to be very good. There were a lot of spiders on my first night and I even saw Xiao Qiang. In addition, there was a less than attentive security guard on duty underground. But in summary there is still some value for money.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL GOT SUCH A RATING! We arrived on October 17, 2024 in room 302, the surprise began with the facade: we didn't even realize that we had pulled up to this particular hotel. The photo of the facade on the TRIP website does not match. The passage to the elevator is through the parking lot! There are NO WINDOWS in the rooms! Or rather, they are there, but they do not overlook the street, but the wall (half a meter from another building) and the corridor, which has long been in need of repair. The room is really large, with VERY old repairs, the oldest I have ever seen (in the bathroom, plaster hangs from the ceiling in the most literal sense of the word). There is a kitchen, a washing machine, its presence is the only plus, there is a stove but not a single saucepan! The site indicates the presence of a swimming pool - IT IS NOT THERE! Breakfast is 3+ (eggs, sausages, a couple of hot dishes, coffee *-/tea, watermelon, only bread for toast from baked goods) is held in the same place as the reception in the neighboring building, a 3-minute walk, but again the exit is through the basement - parking!!!! . If you consider the hotel only as a place to spend 1-2 nights, then you can consider it, but I have a question: WHY deceive people!? We booked the hotel based on the characteristics and for us it was important to have a swimming pool! It is really close to the Terminal 21 shopping center, ground and underground metro stations!

You must check in at the hotel next door. First-time visitors may be confused because there is no reception. The facilities are old, but the rooms are large and nice.

I think the building used to be a condominium and is now being used as a hotel. The living room and rooms are spacious. I think it's about 15-16 pyeong. There is a microwave, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a coffee pot, so you can cook simple meals. There is an iron (ironing board), and a hair dryer. The only problem is that the building is old, so it's not very clean (they clean it diligently), and you have to check in at the nearby Kingston Hotel (staff will guide you). It's easy to get to Asok Station, Terminal 21, and Koreatown.

It is not far from BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit, you can walk. The room is very spacious, suitable for long-term stay. Although the building looks a bit old and mysterious, overall it is good and convenient to travel.
