Decent hotel that is very close to the airport. It was difficult to book the airport shuttle so I just booked a grab instead. The hotel breakfast was decent but it can get crowded in the morning. Will book again if I need a hotel in Bangkok close to the airport.

You can hear the neighbors talking and the doors slamming.
Fire TV Stick couldn't log in.
Windows can't be opened, but are well insulated from the outside.
Nice view of the pool.
Restaurant is too loud, no separation of the kitchen, you can hear every pot and mixer and the music could be a bit more subtle.
Employees drive through the restaurant with serving carts and it's noisy too.
Soup and pasta ordered, both came at the same time. Pasta cold of course, that shouldn't happen. Send it back and reheat it, then of course a bit mushy.
Employees joke around and make fun of each other in front of the customer, I don't like that.
Taxis take forever to get into town.
The high pile carpet in the hotel rooms is bad for suitcases, rolls badly.
The curtain in the room is arranged oddly, why is the blackout curtain behind the curtain? I always thought I hadn't closed it.
The shower doesn't have a rain shower and only a simple shower head with too little pressure.
Kettle a bit slow. When I got there, I found the room design to be a bit too dull and grey.
Overall, the room is far too expensive. I recommend the Ascott Thonglor. Quiet and great service.
