The location is so so, spent 10-15mn walking from the BTS but there is 7eleven few steps away so not too difficult to find anything to eat.
The bunkbed has no sockets which is very difficult for those stay on the top of the bed and also very difficult to climb with its stair.
The hygiene is good and the host provides you with some snacks 24h that you can take as you need.
Overall, not that bad but with this price range (i paid around 60$) there are many choices at this location and some even better.
Recommend for young age travelers but not family.
