It is a farm house with three rooms. Two small rooms on ground floor and one family room on first floor. Minimal staff. Care taker is always available on phone and at times at property. It has a swimming pool. Not sure on its cleanliness. When we arrived there was group of people doing some activities and using pool. Looked bit appalling. Such a loud music was played that we could not hear each other inside our room with all windows closed. Bathroom need serious cleaning and up gradation. Water scaling all over the files, spider webs, broken wash basin and stinking urinal. Bath towels were prekept but we're dirty and wet. They were replaced immediately when asked. New ones were much better but no where near satisfactory. The caretaker lady was good and very helpful. She was always available and listened to our request all the time. Arranged for an early mor ing tea and bread. Otherwise it is difficult to find people on the property. Even we had to wait outside for 15 min at 1030pm to enter as it was locked and there is no one in night duty. For us, the property rates were too high compared to place type and aminities provided, but was saviours given that we reached at navratri time to attend ho-mas at the art of living ashram nearby.
