Very upsetting experience. Booked the hotel room on prepaid basis but get delayed at least 30 mins when checking out being told payment was not settled. It was a business trip and my meeting was delayed and almost missed the flight after meeting. Hotel guy firstly checked with booking agent and get clarification the booking was prepaid and let me go. Nevertheless, after a few hours, notification came saying hotel still took payment from my credit card ! On the second day, another notification came informing payment was refunded to me because payment was settled by agent!

I recently stayed at x by bloom and while the overall experience was decent, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. Firstly, there was a power cut during my stay, which affected the comfort a bit as it took some time to get resolved. Additionally, the hotel does not offer extra mattresses, which can be a drawback if you're traveling in a group or need extra bedding. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, considering the price, i would have expected better amenities, especially regarding the availability of extra bedding. Overall, it's a decent stay but could use some improvements.

Very nice corporate hotel. Neat and good linen and space in room with a lake view. Have an amazing south indian restaurant in the same premise. A must try.

The hotel surprised my expectations quite a bit vs the price I paid for 1 night. It was decently clean with well ***nered staff, very clean room, hi speed wifi, great AC and very clean bathroom (which is mostly what takes a hit in hotels in this category). Very pleasantly surprised. In room food was amazing too, with great menu, lot of options and very very affordable.

My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable, largely due to the exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Every interaction with them was pleasant and they went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. The food was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining the room in pristine condition throughout my stay. Additionally, the front desk staff were prompt, efficient, and highly professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze and assisting with any inquiries I had. Overall, my experience was outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. Quiet and nice environment. Very close to the city centre. The bed was soft and loved it. You can come to this hotel several times.

Great experience. comfortable rooms with amazing view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and has all the basic amenities that one would expect. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic.
