Hotel president is well located and has good restaurants - gufha and andhra ruchulu. The breakfast had a good spread. The room was compact and neat. The issue is with the bathroom that was very small. Also, after one person takes a bath, there is water all over. Maybe the room is suitable for an individual but not for a couple. This was our third visit to this hotel. We had a different type of room in our previous visits that were more spacious and also had larger bathrooms.

Hotelier is not flexible on guest concerns. They are more rigid on their plan. 3 times my room get change due to room key is not working. Since my plan changed and i request for one night cancellation they directly refused. Not good experience.

Property is situated in the heart of the city. Good proximity and connectivity. Rooms are fine. But breakfast was average.

The hotel location was good and the rooms were spacious but the room service & the food served attached restaurants were not up to the mark.

We were visiting Bengaluru from US for a few days. We booked President hotel for second year in a row. The location is excellent (centrally located). The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The service staff at breakfast and the cleaning crew was extremely helpful and did a great job. Always smiling and doing things we asked. The two restaurants, Gufha and Andhra Ruchulu served excellent food. We have to thank the manager Mr. Venkatesh. His boss was out of town with family emergency and Mr Venkatesh was working every day. But he was always smiling and very helpful to all the guests. Thanks you, Mr. Venkatesh! We look forward to visiting you again next year!

Same varities of breakfast everyday only one option they changed. Breads are not fresh at all in room mugs are of plastic. Not expected from these stars hotel.

They charged us extra for cleaning lenins and bed spread and they told they will charge it from customer only
