Room was clean and comfortable. Room service was really good. Pavan did an excellent job. He was very polite and quick to respond. Food quality was good, though there could have been more varieties in the complimentary breakfast. Overall, a good stay for business trips.

The most important part of any stay is hygiene & food and this place has ticked both . The staff made sure the stay is comfortable as possible . They have been very polite and the cleaning staff have always done a good job ( especially Intujul and Lukas ).

Everything was neat and clean, room service was prompt. Neat and tidy, Mr Chiranjit was really helpful in all aspects too, gladly would recommend!! Especially the connectivity to any part of bangalore is more convenient from this place. Be sure to look out for the delicacies they offer during Dinner !!!

House keeping was really good, Akib was really helpful. The hotel arrangements were really good and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices. Me and my wife really enjoyed the stay and we would definitely recommend this and visit again.

Gurumurthi and luks are amazing from house keeping and even the reception guy and house keeping service are professional. Highly professional staff and amazing service. Highly recommend. Must visit with family and friends you won’t disappoint

The Italian restaurant provided Nescafé when I ordered filter coffee and overcharged like crazy. This stuff just puts me off. This is what differentiates true 5 star from others.

My stay was spoiled by the swimming pool being dangerous and unsafe (there are broken off tiles everywhere), resulting in severe cuts and injuries on the feet. Family members weren't able to walk afterwards. This destroyed my entire stay, there was no reaction to this incident after reporting also. Didnt expect this from a highly rated and expensive hotel. This is a real shame as the rest was alright. The Room was good, the Staff was very very friendly.

Third time to this Hotel, very nice location, very friendly front desk staff, super clean room and housekeeping people are simply awesome. Akib from housekeeping team is a super guy. Breakfast is very nice lot of options. Public transport on the corner.

Amazing hospitality, very nice and humble people, food was amazing great taste, Prompt services. Really impressed by Pavan the house keeping guy. Hats of to him for his work and diligencey. Overy amazing hotel and people to be around with.
