I dint stayed here, one of thar worst resort, the photo whts been shown n after going thar its completely different, and the staff are not at all professional, and the rooms are so old smelly. Worst ever experience

It’s great place to visit, good food. Timely response by the staffs for the queries.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Amenities can be improved by creating a proper flow of activity announcements at the meal hours.

Should have been had more activities and swimming pool was full of cockroaches and all activities should be maintained correctly. Rooms were good need more cleanliness

We had worst experience in the hotel. Hotel rooms were not properly cleaned. Especially bathrooms. Pipes were leaking. Ok

Response of staff is ok, not very welcoming and blanket cover and bedsheet cover is very rough, washroom stink also. It irritates skin and connectivity issue for going railway stn or airport

Very worst and the main reason is that, at the time of booking makemytrip shows different based prices and in bills everything is changed. They make us fool.

I booked five twin AC rooms for 10 adults and 4 kids. Our check-in time was scheduled for 12 pm as per the itinerary. However, when we arrived at around 12:30 pm, the rooms were not ready—they were still occupied. The few rooms they initially provided us with had a strong smell of rats and noticeable seepage, making them unbearable. By around 1:30 pm, they finally gave us all the rooms—four on the top floor and one by the pool. The room by the pool was very small, with cupboards emitting a rotten smell. The sheets were stained, and the chairs were covered in dust. I called room service to address these issues and waited for at least 30 minutes, but no one came, so I left the room. When I asked one of the staff members why no one attended to my request after such a long wait, he responded that they had other tasks to attend to. Eventually, the situation was addressed. Since I had a small child with me, I requested an electric kettle, which they promised to send. I made this request at 3 pm, and after multiple follow-ups, I finally received it at around 11 pm, but not in my room—I had to collect it from the reception. Regarding the food, the lunch we ordered lacked flavor. Most of the dishes were either overcooked or undercooked, and it seemed like they were serving leftovers from the previous night—the curry tasted the same. Dinner was slightly better but still of poor quality. The breakfast the next day was okay. As for the bar, they have a policy that outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, once you enter, you'll realize you won't want to order anything from there—they charge a whopping 50% above the MRP. A 10-15% markup is acceptable, but 50% is outrageous. There was no music at the bonfire, and the swimming pool was not clean. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, this is not the place.

Worst room service, bathroom cant be used due to heavy stink. No cups and mat basic amenties placed in room. Worst food service. No varieties for dinner and lunch, order milkshake they delivered it with spoiled milk. Not worth for the money

The property is not at all maintained. The swimming pool had a dead lizard in it. The room's door lock was not working. It was awfully bad. Not sure why it's called a 3 star hotel. We left the hotel within 3 hrs. Miserable experience. Not recommended for anybody who is looking for a good time outside.
