Treebo Trend Tierra Woods Manyata

There was a thick layer of dirt on everything in the room as if nobody has ever stayed in that room. On the bedsheet, there were hairs. Upon asking to change that, they responded back in around 2 hours & refused eventually to change the bedsheet. On the request to talk to the manager, hotel staff changed the bedsheet & even then it was dirty. As if they don't have a freshly washed bedsheet at all in their stock. In the washroom, the shower was not working, the toilet flush was not working, exhaust fan was not working. In the room, the kettle was not working. There was no place to hang anything in the room (no hangers were provided). In the dining area, a cat was roaming around, washbasin was blocked & no clean place to sit & have food. The hotel staff was so arrogant & unprofessional. A staff named Jicem even misbehaved. All n all, that stay was a horrible experience & I would suggest looking out for another option in this price range & not going with this chain of hotels. P.S. Thankfully I had to stay there only for one night.
