Stop the press... this has to be the best resort hotel in the Suvarnabhumi Airport precinct, for that matter in the Bangkok area. The hotel is lavishly decorated and each bungalow is unique, comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the hotel are amazingly friendly, offering assistance with a genuine Thai smile. We enjoyed a very tasty meal at the adjacent restaurant, being chauffeured in the courtesy tram. A surprising, enjoyable and relaxing slice of Thailand.

Big plus - close to the airport, 5 minutes drive. Minus - very noisy, planes fly overhead every minute.

We were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested.

The service is very good. There is a free 10-minute massage when checking in. It is near the airport and the environment is also good. The only drawback is that there is no hot water. I hope it can be improved.

The rooms are spacious, decorated in a traditional style, a very comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful design, but some things are already creaking, some things need to be replaced, but still, the place makes a wonderful impression. By the way, on the hotel website the walls of the room are the same brick color, but in fact, two meters of the walls are painted white. no breakfast, but it turned out that it was included, breakfast is small but nice. Transfer to the airport is free, you need to book the day before. Nice, helpful staff.
