There were a lot of hairs on the sheets. I went to the front desk to explain the situation but they didn't even say sorry. I went to the front desk twice before they changed the sheets for us. The problem still existed after the change. There were still a few hairs on the sheets. I finally dealt with it myself. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This was an apartment type room, complete with bedrooms in the bottom level and kitchenette and living room in the top level. Location was most convenient just 5 min drive from town center. You could walk or take the free shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful.
