The hotel is on the edge of Banff town, a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian street. The hotel breakfast is a Western buffet with milk, cereal, bread and bacon. For some reason, the prices of hotels in Banff have increased so much. The hotel is a bit expensive. You can stay in Canmore, 16 kilometers away. The underground parking garage is a bit old and dimly lit.

It feels average, the breakfast area is too small, sometimes there is no place to sit!

Although it is a little far from the center, it was very nice with a fireplace and a pool. I was happy that the coffee machine in the lobby provided hot drinks.

When it was the coldest, I stayed in the small town of Banff, which is right next door to Samesun. It was very cozy and had the best western style. It had all the facilities that a room should have, and there was also a free hot pool, and you could soak in a spa facing the snow-capped mountains in winter.
