Bed was okay. Room size decent. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of food options. Location is good, just 1 minute walk to Transmall.

Booked a room with a queen bed, given a twin bed room with the reason that it was no longer available because it was full and later they would help to put the beds together to make it like a big bed. Even though when booking the price of the two types of rooms were different and I was willing to pay more to get that type of room.
Before entering the room, I checked on the trip.com application, it turned out that the room with that type (queen bed) was still available. I complained but the receptionist said that the queen type available was only for smoking (even though the application clearly said queen bed, non-smoking). After arguing, I was given a room that matched my order (queen bed, non-smoking). Bad attitude, I don't know why they did that, quite disappointed because I was lied to.
The rest is good, just disappointed with the lies.
