Un po datato, essenziale. Qualche insetto in camera, non proprio lucidato a dovere... All'ingresso di Bandera, nelle vicinanze a piedi un paio di ristoranti e il Burgher king. Non c'è la colazione e nemmeno un ristorante interno e delle vending. Due notti, due queen ad un prezzo secondo me eccessivo. Non mi piace dare giudizi negativi (a volte si è sfortunati) tendiamo sempre ad essere generosi.

We checked in late in the evening this past weekend. The reception person was very nice and informational, but no one was at the office when we tried to check out at 8:30am. The door was locked and there were no instruction and text for check out procedures. Amenities in the room was not your hotel grade quality. The floor was pretty dirty. Accidentally spill a little water on the floor and the paper towel that was used to wipe it up was black. The Bath towels and floor mat was not the cleanest. The curtain were not your blackout curtains allowing the light outside to keep the room lit the entire night. The sink faucet need some serious cleaning. Water can hardly passthrough the filter. The shampoo and lotion were very very small and they look like left over from previous used.

Nice location for hotel. Bathtub got clogged, towels were dingy yellow and pillows have a bed body odor.

I know the hotel is under new management and I know they’re doing as much as they can to improve it. My only complaint is the room had a funny odor to it.

Bricks Restaurant was awesome! Medina River behind hotel / restaurant access was beautiful and customer service was fantastic!
