Hotels Near Church hill pre historic site in Bandarawela

We were a group and visited as a family. It was a truly memorable trip and a stay at Train View Chalet. It was the most comfortable trip we ever had as everything was organized by Eranda. Starting from purchasing the train tickets, pick up from Bandarawela Station and taking us to our location. The staff were very efficient and friendly, we didn't have to tell them anything, but they took care of everything. Unloading our baggage, dropping them to each of our rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious and was provided with basic requirements. We felt as if we are home away from home. The atmosphere and surroundings were wonderful, and it is superb to relax. Even though it is named Train View Chalet, the trains do not travel in a disturbing way. You can watch the train passing by from your own room. The food was well presented and tasty. We stayed there 3 days and 2 nights, and we have no complaints nor any negative comments only recommendations for anyone who wants to visit this unique place. When it was time for our departure, we were dropped off to the station and the staff accompanied us to assist us with loading our baggage to train and for goodbyes. it was a hassle-free trip, and overall, it is ”Value for Money”. Finally, a big ”Thank You” to Eranda & Team for taking such good care of us and for your simplicity and friendliness. We will return to experience your great hospitality in future as well. We had a wonderful stay here! It's a great location for anyone travelling solo, with friends or as a family as we did. It is within walking distance to Ella Town. Our room was comfortable, clean with a lot of space on the balcony to take in the view. The best part about the room was that you can relax on your bed and take in the gorgeous view of the Ella gap. The manager Indran looked after us very well. We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic Srilankan breakfasts he cooked! We would definitely recommend a stay at Ella Alpine to anyone visiting Ella!

I travel solo and I prefer quiet and peaceful places where I can't hear the noise of the city or the music from the night clubs. So Nature Nest was just perfect for me. I liked everything. The room was light and spacious, a comfortable bad, a big bathroom with hot shower and a nice balcony made my stay cozy and pleasant. And it was so nice to hear the chirping of birds outside in the morning. It took me about 10 minutes to walk down to Ella and maybe a little more to walk up. And every time the walk in the nature was nice and pleasant. Sampat and Nadeeka were really helpful, they gave me many useful tips and good advice about Ella and Sri Lanka and I just had a great time talking with them. The food they cooked was really delicious and also they were so kind to give me a cooking lesson and even a ride when I needed it. I highly recommend the Nature Nest to anyone who values comfort and calmness. And I will be glad to come back if I have such a chance.

What's the most important thing in traveling? It is of course a high-quality accommodation for the hotel control. The EKHO hotel is on the edge of Eller town, not far from the main street, making it easy to travel. The characteristics of a good hotel are: clean, quiet, comfortable and modern, rich breakfast, and warm staff. Seems very ordinary ... However, isn't it very unusual to encounter a hotel without regret during the trip. ok, for the fun of travel, recommend it!

Overpriced! 1. No air conditioning, the room is very humid, the bed is cold and wet 2. Integrity hotel construction knocks at the door of the room early in the morning 3. The room is very not soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road from reception to the room. There is also a traffic jam. Various tuk tuk passing outside the room. It is the horn and the engine roar. Very noisy. 4. No service at all except check-in and check-out
