I was on a business trip to Brunei and visited the WAFA hotel & apartment.
Instead of a review, I am putting words here to compliment the Font Office team (Front Desk, FO Management, Security, Housekeeping) for having a smile in every way.
Everyone from the hotel speaks fluently in English with a BIG smile always.
There is not a single NO in their reply but responding by their interest in making an effort to help.
The warmth is not limited to the time that I am in the lobby but to the moment I exit the hotel entrance at the lower level.
My sincere thanks to everyone for making my stay a memorable week.
