Our recent stay at the Desaru Hard Rock Hotel was amazing. The vibrant energy and rock 'n' roll theme were infectious. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were also friendly and attentive.

The hotel vibes relaxing and catchy with nice oldies song when entering the room
Variety menu for breakfast for kids and adult. Nice croissant, my kids love it
Kids room and splash water park also is a kids favourite place.

The facilities are very clean overall. However, the bedsheets and towels do have some red stains.
The breakfast is ok.
The Christmas vibes were great, we manage to catch the xmas tree light up and people are serving some small snacks e.g candy cane, cookies, hot chocolate.

Very good service, you can walk to the beach through Westin Hotel which is next to it or they can pick/ fetch you with their buggy. Location wise is ok if you are just planning to chill within this area, quiet as well.
