酒店的環境很不錯，十分安靜；前台接待人員很耐心、温柔；房間的衞生打掃得蠻乾淨的，床也還不錯，很軟很舒服；洗漱用品等東西備的齊全；基礎設施很到位，有禮賓員開車接送，服務温馨到位。

酒店的每一個細節都做得非常到位，讓我感受到了無微不至的關懷。酒店員工從前台接待到禮賓都面帶微笑，熱情周到，服務態度非常好！
這裏的環境優雅舒適，設施非常完善，温泉超級棒，下次來還會泡！
酒店的早餐是自助式的，中餐和晚餐的餐廳景色非常好看，真是太棒了!
酒店的客房和公共區域的衞生情況也非常好，讓我住得非常放心！
酒店的周邊還有挺多景點，非常適合自駕旅遊度假！

前台女員工的服務態度差，也不會主動説房間有瑤浴包，在房間打電話給前台，話都沒有説完，前台女員工直接掛電話了，

房間較舊，但湖景大床房間，可以看到賜福湖，還是很美的，早餐也不錯。就是停車比較遠，接駁車也不是很方便，又趕上酒店温泉在修，也影響了入住體驗。

去酒店的路不是很好走，特別是晚上，全場打遠光燈，環境很好，房間有黴味，除味後好多了，服務跟不上，泡澡和足浴要晚上4:00到11:00哈哈哈哈，沒趕上
