The property is one of the best, if not the best in Binsar. It is located at the top and have lots of land. There are multiple buildings mostly made of stone and wood. Rooms are luxurious and facilities were good. Staff behaviour was also very cordial. Food was satisfactory.

Very good property, calm and quiet.Good food. Staff is helping. Very good night view of Almora. The *** incharge Mr Prashant was quite helpful during our stay there. Little bit of more maintaience is required. Adding more rooms to the property.

It was a wonderful stay at Imperial heights. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel Manager Mr. Prashant is an amazing person. The whole staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend to select this resort for your stay at Kasar Devi. It is very close to Kasar Devi temple.

Peaceful place and great service ..manager Prashant and his team needs special mention . Being receptive to the guests need . Location of the property is great . Only negative was that the electricity boards were mostly non functional in the rooms so few charging points available .

The hotel was a beautiful property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The room was large and spacious with beautiful views. Manager Prashant ji was a wonderful host and went above and beyond in helping us with everything, including guiding us on what to see and with the logistics

Wonderful property peaceful place with pure hill view i must say i thing the view i saw is above then evry hillstation i visited... 100 out of 100 there are some beautiful temples are also there must go... i must say best place ever highly recommended .... outstanding place.

I was visiting kesar Devi temple, 3 days back & happened to stay at Imperial heights binsar.Thing that struck me at first site was the resort huge forest like area,given its location,Parking area was massive which helped me in sealing the deal for my stay.My interaction with general manager Mr Prashant Pandey was like lost friends meeting after a long time,he made sure of every small details for my comfortable stay.He even went out of way & personally took me to the temple at 6am in the morning & told about the importance of the area.The staff was good & prompt in service.The fresh breakfast in the garden area was a treat to be remembered. Overall the stay was good & recommended.

One of the Best stay I have ever experienced in my life, A must visit place in India, Amazing View and ambiance. This hotel offers a convenient and luxury stay. Staying in imperial heights good for Meditation and chakra healing. Highly recommended place
