1. Check in before 3 pm, don't have to get details to enter the gate guard so the order is quite long near the outside of the East Bay area..
2. Check out too early and in a hurry.. already packed.. and not later than 11 am.. if you don't charge like that.. pack all the house as it is.. make sure to throw garbage in the outside trash can.. if you don't burn the deposit rm300..
3. Management is too straight.. make sure if the room is for 4 people write 4 people.. if you don't charge rm30/person.. the reason is wear and tear.. parking downstairs or guests also pay rm15.. used to be free.. been to East Bay 5 times but this time is the worst and scheme
4. If possible, look for an individual rather than a management like that this..

Nice room with an awesome view of pool and beach. Superb pools for kids and adults.. wonderful water slides.. easy to check in and check out.. no bottle of water and tea set..
