Hotels Near Lookout Beach Orange in Balneario Camboriu

Very good location, excellent service, very good breakfast, very good room ...My only complaint concerns academy ...the photos of the site suggest q the hotel has academy or some convenience that is not true. The hotel charges 60,00 to provide a school card being q on this card is written... free daily 01.. i.e. the hotel receives this school courtship card and charges you the daily value. If this was not enough, if vc was directly at the academy the daily value is 60,00, so anyone would pay the same value. To conclude, if you are a person q likes to go to the academy stay know q the hotel has no academy and tb has no agreement with no academy. Thank you.

The location is a cozy, comfortable and is located in two squares of the sea. More close to the south bar, bathroom aquarium, a square of the Atlantic Avenue.

All perfect, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, very good room, air-conditioned that works, indoor and outdoor pool working very well, clean, and not to mention breakfast, super complete, in the right measure in terms of food variation, not little or much, in the ideal and super well done. Thank you for the beautiful moments living there in Balneário Camboriu.

No geral a hospedagem é boa, a única coisa que pega, é a acustica dos quartos, que não é boa, literalmente da para escutar tudo dos corredores e dos quartos vizinhos.

Adorei o hotel, todos muito receptivos. Muito bem organizado e limpo. Um diferencial de outros que tem uma mini cozinha, bom para quem tem criança pequena, até colocaram um berço para meu bebê.

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

Boa localização e café da manhã, mas não dei sorte no quarto, onde o ar condicionado não funcionava, porta travava onde demorava pra abrir e porta do banheiro sem tranca, de resto tudo certo.
