Very good location, excellent service, very good breakfast, very good room ...My only complaint concerns academy ...the photos of the site suggest q the hotel has academy or some convenience that is not true. The hotel charges 60,00 to provide a school card being q on this card is written... free daily 01.. i.e. the hotel receives this school courtship card and charges you the daily value. If this was not enough, if vc was directly at the academy the daily value is 60,00, so anyone would pay the same value. To conclude, if you are a person q likes to go to the academy stay know q the hotel has no academy and tb has no agreement with no academy. Thank you.

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

We were very welcome, we arrived earlier than check in and offered us to pay half a day and already come in and even enjoy breakfast that is very tasty and varied by sign.

I am there for the fourth time, first time by the application. I have always had good experiences there, so when I go to Camborío Banner I prioritize the Sibara hotel. But in that stay it was all wrong, starting with the room, we bought a couple and put us in one with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would assemble the beds to stay in a couple, we would not accept pq would be a division in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us in another room! I had a request for a body trailer to our room, I was not answered. In this new room, there was no hot water, the sanitary vessel was not discharged, it was just perreng! These situations have made me reflect and now when I need to go to the bathroom again, I will check out other hotels.

Room with very bad acoustics. In addition to listening to the noise of the street, it was possible to listen to the guest of the apartment above with a child who pulled a lot and pulled the chair and when the complaint was made to the reception they said we had to accept the disturbance until 22:00, the two elevators were not enough to meet the demand and we had to go down the stairs with the bags after long waiting for the elevator. Some staff were unconscious and unconscious about the guest, and the stop for boarding and landing is not practical, and when we arrived there was no place to park the car, except the garage staying in another square.

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. Low shower pressure. Air conditioning is good. Amenities are low quality. It is restricted to soap and shampoo. The fridge is ok. The bed also ok. The front desk is not friendly. The worst is the breakfast. Orange juice artificial and low quality yogurt cannot happen. The coffee is bad. All other things like sauna, swimming pool, bar where not used, but it wouldn’t change my evaluation.
