It’s a huge territory with 2 big swimming pools, restaurant, spa center and different types of rooms Also there’s a yoga shala which has all the necessary yoga props The spa area is also super beautiful and it’s good to rest there after a long day I especially liked the bed and pillows — very comfortable to sleep Unfortunately the lake was under repairs, but we were offered an upgrade to the sky villa Thank you very much for having us. We enjoyed it a lot

Amazing hotel, one of the most beautiful I stayed in! Very comfortable, the room has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even helped me to deliver my luggage by car when my taxi driver didn’t come after check out. The food in the restaurant is very good, I asked for the floating breakfast and it was just perfect. Thank you so much for my stay, looking forward to return back again!

Great location in Canggu. The villa is tucked away from the main street so it’s quiet and cosy. You can expect to see lizards and bugs outside the bedroom (i.e. bathroom, pool, and kitchen area) and keep a mosquito repellent handy as there are mosquitoes! On the plus side, the amenities are great - we loved that there’s Google Alexa and Netflix in our room, perfect to start and end the day with. Service is also very lovely and the staff are friendly.

Service here is excellent by every single staff especially front concierge Dando. Checked in on us everyday and followed up on our requests diligently such as having a TV in or putting shades in the toilet. We were celebrating our honeymoon and received a kind complimentary upgrade. Thanks Dando! Look forward to coming back already. Stay here if you’re looking for a less busy but convenient area. Pros: Small resort like vibe with friendly staff, sun beds can be booked by hotel staff for guests, walking distance to good restaurants such as Kilo, Baked, Arte and to the beach, cheap in-house laundry 45k/kg delivered and collected from your room, good bfast smoothie bowl, floating bfast for villa pool rooms, in the upcoming quiet pererenan area. Con’s: wish i could stay longer!

There is a lot of construction going on in Canggu at the moment, and so we were not sure what to expect. However we were impressed from the moment we arrived at this hotel. The reception area was eye-catching and welcoming. The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. We booked an Executive Room which was a good size and had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The building work going on next door didn't bother us at all. Breakfast buffet was an average selection. One of us has dietary restrictions and staff took time to point out what we could eat, and offered to make things on request. Overall a very good stay.

I do wonder whether some people who have given this hotel negative reviews actually checked in to the wrong place. There were no bad smells. There were no loud noises. There were no flashlights shining in the rooms at night. The staff are unfailingly kind, helpful and polite. Yes, service at the Beach Club can be a bit variable but it is always gracious and generous - and the Beach Club is busy. This is a hotel that goes the extra mile. The staff open doors for you. They remember your name. There is complimentary fruit and macaroons in the rooms. Staff will always help you. I went to reception to organise some trips. The staff could not have been more helpful and my personal driver was also superb. The facilities are amazing for a hotel if this size. The gym is incredible. Private reformer Pilates anyone? Where else do you see that? The spa is absolutely beautiful and the treatments sublime. We stayed in a more basic room and were upgraded by Expedia to one with a patio. We were. Touch disappointed that there were no chairs on the patio which was small. Perhaps they could take out the planting and put in a bench seat? But the room was spacious, well appointed, with a massive bathroom. The design is minimalist which we like. Being in the reception/spa/gym building away from the pool probably meant it was a bit quieter too. Elsewhere, the Beach Club is pricey but that’s my only ******. There are places aplenty along the beach to the left and right which are cheaper if it bothers you that much. Breakfasts are plentiful. The lagoon pool is just sublime and at 150 metres long, a great daily workout! Canggu is a bit chaotic with building work and noise at the moment but this hotel is like a peaceful haven in the midst of it all. It is situated at the end of the road by the beach so no through traffic at all. We loved it and would (ie will) return in a heartbeat. We would thoroughly recommend it. Interior fit-out nicely done , natural woodwork in combination with the landscaping and the lighting 👌🏼 Excellent service from the associates with great assistance and genuine interest in guests well-being Food experience was great , had the best cheese burger since I can’t remember , great breakfast too The restaurant location is a bit confusing to find , the restaurant aesthetics is a bit bear Guestrooms is very cozy with the natural woodwork and lighting , size of the room is questionable if it os to be considered a 5 star Fitness not available yet Overall splendid Loek van Emmerik

We travel a lot and often stay in different hotels in different cities and countries. But this time my man booked us the best hotel we’ve ever been to 😍 The hotel is completely new. Incredibly stylish, everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. Great location, there are a lot of cool shops and delicious restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any little detail. Everyone is very sincere, which makes me happy. We were given a wonderful room on the top floor. And the small pool right on the terrace surrounded by green plants was a special love💓 Cleaning and change of towels every day. The bed, like everything else in this hotel, is perfect! Pillows of different hardness and a blanket as cloudy. This is very important to us and we would never return to a hotel with an uncomfortable bed. We didn’t take breakfast at the hotel, we can’t say anything here, since we like to have breakfast at a time convenient for us and in different places) An amazing hotel, the best impressions of Bali thanks to the fact that we stayed here🙏🏻✨ We will definitely come back again ☺️

It’s a great mix of services appartment and hotel facilities making it perfect for longer stays . The staff was courteous and always available for anything you needed . The location is minutes from the beach and the area has amazing night life if you want to hand out after work. The vicinity has great eating options . Loved the way the overall props is designed with dog park at the rooftop and pool facing the beach and sunset . The pool facing the beach and sunset were the most beautiful part of the property and had fun watching sunset while sipping cocktails . Would recommend for friends , couples , solo travelers…
