Popular Bali 4-star Hotels

Good overall but our room in the 3rd floor had some background engine noise from the roof. Breakfast used to be better last year, the eggs were poorly cooked (either burned or too row). Staff at the checkout were annoying and started calling 1 hour before checkout time then eventually entered the room 5 minutes before 12 noon although we had ‘don’t disturb’ signal which was annoying.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, the gym was good and the infinity pool was great. Ideally located, you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and enjoy the beautiful views after a long day of touring. Whether you travel alone or with family, this is the hotel for you. They have laundry service, floating breakfast, and the bartenders make some delicious cocktails

Checked in quite late. It was easy. Most things are ready. Room given was quite far away from the lift as it is a rectangular / long building and the room is towards the end. The receptionist did not hold my credit card for incidentals when checked in. I called for room service and they insisted that I should pay on the spot, which was rather unpleasant given that I already informed the receptionist that I wanted to have room service.

One the best resorts i have ever stayed. Amazing stuff, great food. Highly recommended. Breakfast was just perfect. It was not noisy at all like other resorts. Thanks to Udaya team.

As a solo business traveler, I found this hotel to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, with plenty of amenities. The staff were professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it for convenience and comfort!

Our stay was nice. The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it was located next to the golf course. There is also a swimming pool available. Although it is a bit far from the beaches and the main area, having a bike makes it convenient to get around, and there is an option to rent bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room I stayed in had a great view of the pool. Just a side note to those traveling in from overseas to bring a power socket that can be used here in Indonesia.

Pros:Great location near to airport, easy to take grab car. The bed and pillow is soft and comfortable. Convinient location. Outside lots of marts, spa, restaurant next doors and 5mins walk to beach. Order from room service food taste good Cons: Need to change those worn out towels that was faded and apply mosquito repelant as lots of mosquito flies in our room . Given 1st floor with balcony that was facing wall. Nothing to see but wall. Breakfast more on local choices, no western

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and provided necessary information. Welcome drink was provided Poolside view room was great. Thank you for the honeymoon decoration, we appreciate the gesture. Room was clean with thoughtful amenities such as umbrell and  bamboo holder to dry clothes a the  balcony. Bed was comfortable and thoughtful with soft and hard pillow per person. There was small pillow as well. Washroom amenities weres good. Necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and  body lotion were provided and were decent. Toothbrush, shaver was decent too. They even provided sewing kit which was thoughtful. Pool was great. There is area for baby/toddler to play in. Breakfast was fantastic with vegetarian choices, live station (omelette, pan cake, waffles), sausages and variety of breads. We love the choice of providing yogurt, herbal drink and packets of milk. The hotel were thoughtful to cater for children as well. Gym were decent and open until 10pm. Treadmill, cycling and lifting weights. Small mineral bottles and towels were provided. Complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm. 3 variety of small bites and changed daily. Detox water and nuts were self service at lobby. Special mention to housekeeping iluh suryantini and Front Office Janu with integrity. I left my debit card and cash (SGD 200 & USD 200) inside Safety box. Janu WhatsApp call and informed about it. I'm touched that both staff were honest which made me want to provide review in trip.com, Google review and TripAdvisor. As I was already travelling to Uluwatu, Janu was able to send missing items to my hotel in Uluwatu. I'm grateful for the gesture as my plans would be spoilt if I had to return to ubud to collect. With such exceptional service, I feel safe staying in Best Western Premier again. The integrity of iluh suryantini has won our hearts, thank you for being honest. We are glad to stay here.

This was my second visit at the hotel, and they've maintained it quite well since my last visit in 2017. The rooms were clean, very friendly staff, and easy check-in process. The smell that I used to encounter from the toilets was noticeably absent (I got upgraded to the 5th floor this time), and our friends who roomed on the 1st floor also didn't report any untoward smell this time. I did experience intermittent water pressure when having a hot shower, although it resolved itself in the late nights/early mornings. Overall great experience, would recommend for a short, fuss-free stay.
