The hotel staff are friendly and helpful - that's the only pro.
The cons (there are plenty): the hotel rooms are very dated and poorly maintained.
- The paint on the wall is dirty, and peeling off in some places.
- There are stains on the toilet tiles.
- The towels look like they have been used for a few decades. One of the days, I was given a dirty towel with obvious black stains on it.
- There are also plenty of mosquitoes in the room, I got bitten on my face and hands for a few nights. I had to ask the hotel staff to spray insect repellant in the room.
- There is no hair dryer, but it is available upon request.
- Tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo. It lasts 1 day, and they don't refill for you unless you ask for it.
- For a 4-star hotel, I am surprised at the lack of overall cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Feels like a 2-star hotel instead.
