The room was really bad, similar to the guesthouses we stayed in in China, with poor sanitary conditions, the bathroom had no windows, and was connected to the bedroom. The drains in the bathroom and the shower room should not have elbows, and they smelled bad. The hotel service was also not good. We booked two suites around 2 pm, and when we checked in at 10 pm, we were told that the sanitation had not been done yet. It was really speechless. We waited in the hotel lobby for more than an hour before we cleaned up a room. We had a lot of bags and no one in the hotel helped us. You told them to come and help, and they just watched you go away. There was no sense of service at all. When you entered the room, you found that the hotel sheets were still dirty, and there was a large black area like footprints. The experience was super bad... Oh, it's hard to say! The hotel environment is not good, the facilities are old and outdated, and friends who care about the details of hygiene should consider it carefully! If you have any problems, call the front desk and they will keep urging you. You have to wait for one or two hours before you can handle it. This is the worst hotel I stayed in Indonesia during my trip...

Convenient location of the hotel relative to the airport and Ubud. Wonderful breakfast, children are delighted with buns with raisins. The staff is responsive and speaks English.
