I highly recommend this hotel.
Staff IS very friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool area has lots of umbrellas and sunbeds, they provide you with towels too.
The gym is very well manteinned and has enough machines and space to workout during your holidays
Food in the restaurant is delicious.
I'm glad I spend here a few days.

Obviously, this is the good view from the hotel territory. But where are many rooms in the hotel, so the swimming pool is seems to be little for so many people. There is no beach across the hotel. So, you have to go on foot or rent the scooter to reach the public beach. As for me, food in the restaurant is quite expensive but not tasty.
On the whole, it is good.

One of the best experiences in Bali!
I was surprised high quality service and hospitality.
The area of hotel big and well-groomed, you can walk on ghe garden, rest in the laundry working hall, training in the gym or chill near the big pool.
For this money it's amazing deal, 100000% recommend.

我在這裡住了三天，住的是豪華客房。入住當天遇到的問題是，我預約的接駁司機沒有出現在機場。雖然我看到另一個手持飯店標誌的司機，但是那是另一個客人預約的。我等了大約十五分鐘，最後搭機場的計程車到飯店。 飯店的公共空間整理得很乾淨，櫃檯服務人員的態度也很親切。不過，客房的設施實在是僅堪使用而已。冰箱不冷；熱水壺是塑膠的，裡面的電熱棒還有許多水垢；雙人床是由兩張單人床併攏組成的，床墊很軟而且缺乏彈性。空調設備很舊，開冷氣模式，即使設定在28度，還是覺得很冷；開送風模式又覺得很濕；開除濕模式還是很冷。如果保險箱的門沒有確實鎖上關好，衣櫃的拉門沒辦法關上。最刺激的是淋浴間，水壓不穩，而且水溫忽冷忽燙，實在很嚇人。早餐的食物內容還可以，不過蒼蠅實在太多。 同樣的價錢，我不會再選擇這家飯店。

The hotel is in need of renovation and is undergoing maintenance at the moment but potentially not fast enough. It is in a nice location next to the sea but the dining area needs attending to as it is clearly sea battered. The pool is excellent but there is hardly any shade which is a problem. They need more parasols. We stayed in a garden bungalow facing the sea which was lovely but wifi is an issue. It barely worked. We had some laundry done and there was a problem with it and instead of taking responsibility for it, they asked the poor laundry lady to travel 1.5 hours there and back to bring us compensation - the hotel did not take responsibility and passed it onto someone who probably barely gets paid for the service in the first place. This did not feel professional. The absolute thing that sells this place is the staff. They are excellent.
