A famous SPA hotel in Ubud, Bali, by the river, with a nice environment, but I think the service is average. I went on a parent-child trip with my friends and two families, and booked two identical rooms for two consecutive nights. After arriving, the rooms of the two families were not arranged together. What's outrageous is that it rained heavily that night, and the room we stayed in actually leaked? ? ? After calling to communicate, it took a long time to give a solution to change rooms. Then, I moved to the room next to my friend's room. First of all, it's too outrageous that the room leaked; secondly, it's obviously two families traveling together, why didn't they arrange them in adjacent rooms at the beginning? When I asked about the hotel's car rental service fee, the front desk was very impatient and perfunctory to me. Fortunately, my English is still good, and I asked him to tell me the information I need, but if my attitude is not tough and I can't express it, I may be treated perfunctorily by him. After experiencing the SPA, the technique is indeed very comfortable, but it is not as amazing as the legend. The selling point is that the location of the river valley is more Balinese. There are not many Chinese guests in the hotel, and the two swimming pools are not very big, but the back door of the hotel leads directly to the famous hiking trail Campuhan Ridge Walk in Ubud.
