The overall style is very Balinese. The public areas are beautiful. The breakfast is good. The service is also great. The only minor drawback is that there are fallen leaves and a few bugs in the swimming pool. But it's unavoidable. It's good-looking enough.

The hotel is composed of villas with independent courtyards, which are very quiet and have good privacy. The architecture and decoration are very Indonesian. The hotel has very good greenery. In the few days of staying, I saw the staff cleaning and trimming the green plants every day, including cleaning the pool and fish pond. The details were done very well. The sanitation of public areas and rooms is also very good, very neat and clean. There are buffets and ordering for breakfast. Except for the first day, we chose to order in the following days because the content is rich and most of them are delicious. The hotel staff are very nice, enthusiastic and polite. The hotel has a nanny car that can pick up guests to the nearby supermarket and the hotel's exclusive beach. The seawater quality of the hotel beach is average. When the tide is low, there are a lot of water plants and garbage left on the beach, and no staff are seen to clean up in time. Overall, this hotel is worth choosing. Most of the experience of this stay is still very pleasant. It's just that when checking out, because our flight time is 12 o'clock in the evening, we hope to delay the check-out to a later time, but the reply we got is that we can only delay for free for 1 hour, otherwise we need to pay for a longer delay. We also stayed for 5 consecutive nights at the Maldives Westin. In order to give us a better rest, and because there were other guests who were about to check in to our water house, they opened a sand house for us to use for free until we left the island at 4pm. In this regard, this hotel is a little bit petty.

I am very satisfied with this stay. The environment is quiet, the pool villa is large, the mattress is comfortable, and the service is considerate and courteous. We paid extra to enjoy the floating breakfast, which was full of resort style! In addition, there are free activities to participate in every day. This time we learned to use natural ingredients to make authentic Boreh skin care formulas. Staying for two nights was not enough. It would have been nice if we could stay one more night (unfortunately it was fully booked)! Nusa Dua area is relatively quiet. There are not many shopping malls and supermarkets. For shopping, you can go to Bali Collection near the hotel. It takes about 6 minutes to walk. If you don’t want to walk, the hotel can also arrange a car to go there.
