What may make Chinese tourists feel uncomfortable is that the shower room is semi-outdoor, that is, there is no wall or glass to separate it from the outside world, and the door leading to the room from the shower room can be locked. People who are timid when taking a shower after dark may be a little scared, and they will also worry about mosquitoes, but it is okay after using it, mainly because of psychological discomfort. Friends who like the feeling of outdoor vacation may like it. The water pressure of the shower is a bit low, not as good as the large water output of the shower at home. Water use: It is fine to drink bottled water only. The tap water tastes a bit salty (when brushing teeth). We boiled the tap water and used it to heat the tableware and cups, but we didn't drink it. For dining outside the hotel, we went to Bali Collection opposite (about 150-200 meters walk from the hotel entrance). There is a Nusa restaurant near the main entrance. It is also the one with the highest rating on Google. There are many people and the taste is really good. It is the best meal I have had in a few days. The average cost per person is about 150 RMB. Shopping nearby: Shopping is mainly in Bali Collection. You can walk or borrow a bicycle from the hotel to ride there. It is a large collection of shops, and there is also a SOGO department store. It is mainly for tourists, so the consumption level is relatively high, basically the same as first- and second-tier cities. There are also some cheap dining options, such as Subway and convenience stores, but the prices of convenience stores are also about 30% more expensive on average. There is also a natural care brand Sensatia which seems to be very popular. It is said to be a substitute for Aesop. The customers are all Chinese. The price is reasonable, ranging from a few dozen to one or two hundred RMB per item. If you want to buy swimwear and some summer clothes, Bali Collection also has some brands to choose from. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. If you want to stay in the hotel mainly for rest and can stay for 3 days or more, this is a good choice.
