Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Seminyak, but also very peaceful and quiet, which is very much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. Staff more than kind. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is great. There are massage shops nearby, many delicious restaurants, and pubs here and there. It's a resort with great value for money and I want to go there again.

The waiters are very enthusiastic and the location of the hotel is indeed very lively. Except there is no elevator on the second floor, breakfast is hot in the morning.

Some of the kindest staff that I've ever met. I would consider staying here again. The pool is also great. One downside is the room service food that comes from the Asparagus restaurant. . My pizza was like cardboard and it was literally inedible. The breakfast buffet is amazing with very friendly staff members and fresh juice options available as well. I would not eat at the restaurant during lunch/dinner hours. There are lots of other great restaurants around to visit.

The water in the sink was leaking, so I left a note asking them to check when cleaning, but no action was taken.
It was a bit inconvenient because the sink was broken, and please note that it cannot be replaced because it is a sunflower shower!!
Good for a short stay with cheap taste

This was a return visit, because the staff and the resort are amazing.
I was upgraded to a suite offered by the resort. Ver y much appreciated.
The location near Kayu Aya is close to everything in semninyak... best shops, restaurants.
Great cocktails too... highly recomment the resort!
