Cloud Nine Estate

The hotel was fabulous, gorgeous, quiet location, fabulous accommodation, amazing breakfast brought to our room, along with a lovely light tea in the afternoon. Couldn’t fault the service. As it’s up in the forest, you can walk into the town centre, however the heat did get to us. We took a taxi to and from the town centre, which was extremely busy. We were very glad to be on the outskirts.

Beautiful Sanctuary with an amazing property. Wonderful breakfast and tea with top notched service. Value for money pricing. The only downside are the insects. I’m fine with it but not my wife and children. Seriously, I’m missing Cloud Nine already.

Lack of honesty and integrity We booked a Villa, but right after they charged and send the email confirmation, they said there was a mistake in the room price, and without notice, regarding their responsibility (they are the one who tag the price, and even though if a mistake was they should assume the error, and never ever cancel without notice....... It was even a non refundable booking.... This I could expect from a 1 star hotel, but never ever from a property that wants to sell it self as a luxury hotel...... It's not....... Thus wouldn't happen in a honest and competent administration
