Second day stay, water had problem in the morning, weak pressure, dirty and can't use shower room even toilet, complained, they upgraded my room after 6 hours tons of complaining if I couldn't use toilet, so tragically guests can't use toilet rooms and they said many complaints that time for the same thing., But also in the new room water so weak, hard to take shower. And cleanliness also not good, I didn't expect 4 stars hotel quality so low, TOWELS not white colour also so many DIRTY spots(EX. Previous guest used that towels for their butts, but hotel never care if the laundry not clean enough or maybe they never washed it as it also had bad smell) from the previous guests, bed linen also so many dirty spots, lipstics, blood, etc. I don't understand how they maintenance their quality, cleanliness is important things for stay. Also water problem more than 24 hours never solved. I am sure that is not annually water maintenance as they explained, but it is because technically some tools broken and they can't fixed it immediately, it impossible happened suddenly and they couldn't handle well as a 4 star and big name hotel already. If maintenance they should have back up for water supply to guests room. This is first time I stayed in Swissbell branch have such nonsense problem, I stayed in many other Swissbell branches in another city before and never have such huge problem. I was really disappointed this time. I want guarantee staying in 4 stars hotel but service is not more that guest house only.
