近年多次到峇里島的豪華酒店，這次的五天四夜之旅在四季跟寶格麗各住兩晚，不做比較只單純的分享寶格麗酒店的感受
1.房型很豪華，舒適感高，但跟價位相比仍有落差感。
2.酒店人員的整體服務水平欠缺熱情跟溫度，各管各的領域，不像一個酒店整體，路上遇到的服務人員感覺跟你像兩個世界，跟多數渡假村的整體服務感覺特別有距離感。
3.連續兩個晚上想泡澡時遇到水溫不足，這在含稅日均2000usd的酒店很難讓人接受。
4.酒店的餐飲水平很高，食物好吃，但第二天的Mini BAR沒有主動補滿，是通知後才來補滿。
5.酒店SPA內容是好，但入住第一天就遇到預訂較滿，在居住的3天2夜期間僅剩下一個可預訂的時段，這代表需要在入住前就得提前考慮跟預約，難怪我們進去SPA想諮詢跟預訂時，店內服務人員根本懶得理我們，直到我們喊他們才上前接待，入內後10分鐘以上才上茶，前台接待只有差評，但按摩服務非常好。
6.雨季體驗還是略有不足，主要防蚊，防蠅等難以做好，這讓我在餐廳或戶外的體驗感不好，建議床邊加裝蚊帳彌補不足。
7.入住期間酒店給了意想不到的精美禮品，實屬加分。
8.除了預約送機，酒店在機場還安排了專屬人員接待，且在過程中給了很好的服務，很加分（我是航空公司最高等級的飛行常客，且此次搭乘商務艙，按理來說我在機場也很難有什麼額外服務了，但寶格麗的機場接待讓我感受到了意外之喜）
9.沙灘應該是峇里島海邊度假村的重要特色，但此行到了酒店卻被告知電梯維修，已封閉一段時間，這是一個遺憾，也是一個酒店應該提前對外通知的事項。
10.總體而言，這是一個不錯的豪華酒店，不過在峇里島住過這麼多豪華酒店後，我覺得寶格麗這個頂峰並不是我會給朋友推薦的首選
