The service and food in sunset hotel is very good! And it’s convenient for us to go to attractions on Lembongan Island. Hotel provides rich travel options and transportation options. But the cleanness needs to be improved!

It's located a little far from the port, and after I finished dinner, there were very few lights on the way home, so I was a little worried. It's hard to go anywhere without renting a bike - there are quite a few mountain roads, so if you're a beginner on bikes, I think it's dangerous.
The bed was clean and stylishly made, but the floor was sticky and there were no indoor slippers. There are no toothbrushes, so you have to buy them in advance.

Nice accomodation in Nusa Lembogan, however I don't think it deserves the high rating that it holds.
The facilities are quite nice and traditional, but the staff despite being correct, they are not so friendly. It seems like they have very strict rules to be followed given by the owner.
The information given by them to get to the island and then the location of the accommodation was quite poor.
The breakfast is poor, the portions are fixed, and not even with toddlers they give more than the regular portion.

It was a pity that hand soap and shampoo were not replenished, but the staff were nice people anyway. I was really good at picking up and practicing motorcycles. I think it's hard with corona, but please do your best. I will stay again!

Seasoned traveler here. Stayed at hotels in every state in America as well as in 25 different countries around the world. I don’t leave reviews bc I appreciate the luxury of having a roof over my head and understand the difficulties of running a business.
Today I’m forced to write a review bc this hotel gave me an allergic reaction from the dust and mold. I did not stay the night and booked another room somewhere else. The hotel refused to give me a refund, or even a partial refund, and when I asked the manager at the front desk he said “we can’t please everyone”.

Such a great find!! Second time staying here in a private pool villa. What strikes me about this place is how beautiful it is but also how warm the hospitality is. Not to mention its walking proximity to the Sandy Bay Beach Club (the bet sunset views!) , the Devil’s tear (just wow!) and it’s less than a 10 minute walk to Mushroom Beach with all the restaurants and bars. You can also hire mopeds and book activities direct from Reception. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️.
