The environment is definitely good and the playability is good. SPA is very expensive, close to 3,000 per person. We stayed for two days, and when we finally left, the hotel's way of chasing people away was disgusting. The doorman stood at the door until you left at 12 o'clock check-out time. We were in a hurry when we came back from taking pictures in the morning.

The room is quite standard in this resort hotel. The service in the resort is very considerate. The service staff seem to have received professional photography training. The photos taken are unexpectedly good, and the emotional value is full. Special thanks to Septiana, who invited us to go up and dance with the DJ at the rock bar! ! There are enthusiastic staff everywhere, and the environment is needless to say, you can have fun for a few days.

I've stayed in many five-star hotels in various countries, but this was the best. The magnificent grounds, views, hospitality, and service were a storm of emotion inside the hotel. What particularly impressed me was that they came to clean the hotel several times a day (even cleaning my personal belongings), and each time they prepared elaborate decorations and complimentary food, which really showed their consideration. Another family member stayed at the Hilton in Bali, and as soon as they entered the room, cockroaches appeared, which is typical of Bali, but Ayana Segara was heaven. It's a shame that we didn't have time to go to the complimentary drinks at the Rock Bar or the lovely pool, but it was a happy and good memory.

The resort is large, but the overall experience is not as good as Potato Head. Maybe you need more time? But overall it feels like a resort hotel. The sunset bar is nice, but the seafood restaurant is really mediocre and the food is too slow! !
