Sauberkeit: leider war mein Zimmer recht renovierungsbedürftig (Wasserflecken an der Decke), das Bad hätte man von Kalk Flecken an der Dusche und Armaturen sauber machen können. Das Zimmer wurde zwar täglich sauber gemacht, jedoch hab ich oft neue Bettwäsche mit weiteren Flecken bezogen bekommen. Ich verstehe, dass ich nicht viel für das Hotel bezahlt habe. Aber Sauberkeit muss sein. Personal: besonders das Personal im Restaurant und im Spa Bereich war sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Balinesische Massage sehr empfehlen. Restaurant: gutes Essen. Ich hatte kein Bali Belly. Zu Frühstück gibt es keine Aufschnitt, wie man es sonst aus anderen Hotels kennt. Es gibt Kaffee oder Tee. Eierspeisen, gebratenen Reis oder Nudeln und eine Auswahl an frischem Obst. Pool: es gibt Handtücher, was sehr praktisch war. Die Matten auf den Liegen sind jedoch schon recht abgenutzt. Das Gelände des Hotel ist sehr süß. Eine kleine grüne Oase. Mit ganz vielen Frangipani Bäumen. WLAN war auf dem gesamten Gelände sehr gut gewesen. Ich hatte keine Probleme damit. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor dem Hotel, jedoch nicht besonders sauber und zugeparkt mit Booten. Aus diesem Grund war ich nur 1-2 mal im Wasser, da es recht ungemütlich war. Außerdem muss man damit rechnen, ständig von Straßenhändlern angequatscht zu werden. Teilweise nahm es kein Ende, weil ein Nein auch nicht akzeptiert wurde. Einen entspannten Spaziergang an der Promenade kann man nicht wirklich machen, da der Weg oft aufhört. Gerne hätte ich den Tennisplatz benutzt, der war jedoch recht ungepflegt und einen Tennistrainer gab es nicht. Der Kaffee aus der siebträgermaschine war hervorragend!

It was dirty everywhere the walls was broken there was a hole in the closet the shower and wifi didnt work it was just disgusting The doors couldn't close all the way a snake could easily get it at night I would never visit this hotel its not even close to the pictures

Mooi hotel, helaas net te ver van Lovina beach om te wandelen. Kamers liggen in mooie tuin. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad niet zo heel schoon. Strand stelt niks voor en veel verkopers. Vanuit hotel worden activiteiten aangeboden maar onderhandel goed! Tip: reserveer bij Secret Garden, je wordt opgehaald en teruggebracht en heerlijk eten!
